Black Works Studio Killer Bee Green Hornet Cigar Review – This 5×48 stick features a firmly packed satin textured dark chocolate wrapper with a closed candella foot and striped triple cap. It has minimal veins, tight invisible seams and a pungent sweet hay aroma. First light reveals an almost completely plugged cigar that luckily the PerfecDraw solved. After that the draw opened to just a bit of resistance with medium bodied smoke showing notes of a deep slightly sweet earth and decent black pepper flavor with a hint of spice kick on the long finish. The first third brings in a vanilla, baking spice and lighter earth with a smooth pepper on the finish. Draw is good but smoke is a bit thin without a double puff. 25 minutes in at the 1/2 way point the ash drops in a solid chunk and flavors are unchanged. Ending at 50 minutes the last third showed no changes and no strength.
