La Flor Dominicana Capitulo II Cigar Review – This chisel shaped 6.5 x 58 stick features a mottled red hued dark chocolate densely packed oily wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, a buttery soft feel and rich cedar aroma. First light reveals A great draw with thick heavy slightly bitter medium-full bodied smoke with a touch of pepper on the relatively short clean finish. The first third quickly drops the bitterness going to a neutral heavy earth, straight tobacco, pepper and zingy spice kick on the now long smooth finish. The 1/2 way point comes at a leisurely 50 minutes mellowing the pepper and spice but otherwise keeping the same experience. Ending at 1:35 the last third came down to a medium body with no flavor changes.
