Drew Estate Undercrown Dogma Cigar Review – This 6×56 soft box press stick features a dark chocolate mottled wrapper with small veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap, firm even pack and a very rich sweet cocoa aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plentiful medium-full bodied smoke showing notes of a light earth, slight sweetness, pepper zing, slight heat and dark cocoa on the finish. The first third quickly shifts to a deeper plain earth, drops the sweet cocoa and brings up the pepper slightly. Overall it’s a whispy lacking smoke compared to what it can be. The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes with the flavors shifting around 20. Big blasts of sweet vanilla and cocoa with a lighter earth and pepper on the long finish. Ending at 1:15 the last third kept the same profile and ramped up a matching medium-full strength from the band point back.
