Brickhouse Connecticut Robusto Cigar Review – This 5×54 stick features a thin feeling dark tan wrapper with a soft satin feel, minimal veins, slightly lifted seams, triple cap and a rich sweet hay aroma. First light reveals a slightly snug draw with big medium-full body output showing flavors of a deep peppery earth with a bit of sweet spice on the tail end of the finish along with a light straight tobacco. The first third completely changes the flavors to a soft woody core with a big sweet cream on the draw and a little pepper and cayenne kicker through the finish. 35 minutes at the 1/2 way point flavors shift again to a heavy earth and wood dropping the sweet cream. Pepper comes up especially on the finish. The band unfortunately took a huge chunk of wrapper with it. Ending at 1 hour the last third showed no changes.
