Diamond Crown Black Diamond TAA 2016 Cigar Review – This 7 5/8×54 perfecto stick is the companion to the matching OpusX produced in 2-cigar coffins. It features a black, very thin mottled wrapper with minimal veins, tight seams, an oil slightly toothy feel and sweet hay aroma. First light reveals a god draw with mild-medium bodied flavors of a very sweet light wood with a short clean finish. The first third quickly comes up to a solid medium body with a long full finish, adding a dry cocoa at the end. The 1/2 way point hits at 45 minutes with no changes. Ending at 1:20 where it went hot, the last third was dominated by a plain earth and touch of graham cracker for the last 15 minutes.
