Joya de Nicaragua Antaño Gran Reserva TAA Presidente Cigar Review – This 6.75×50 box pressed stick features a dark chocolate oily glove soft satin mottled wrapper with a dense firm even pack, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, neat triple cap and rich sweet cocoa aroma.  First light reveals a perfect draw with thick rich oily sweet leather and coffee on a medium body with a tangy mild pepper and spice on the long smooth slightly musty finish.  The first third burns fast with a short ash but pours off the smoke upping the body to medium-full.  Notes are rich and complex with a sweet cream, full leather and compliment of mild pepper and spice through the long finish.  The 1/2 way point comes at 45 minutes with flavors changing very little just dropping the coffee and the leather extending through the long finish. Ending at 1:20 the last third brings in a mild-medium strength, drops the leather and adds a dark coffee and rich warm oak.
