Big Papi Toro by David Ortiz Cigar Review – This 6×54 stick features a dark chocolate mottled wrapper with a rock hard pack, slick feel, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large triple cap and pungent sweet milk chocolate aroma.  First light reveals a perfect draw with plentiful medium-full bodied smoke showing notes of milk chocolate, light earth and leather with black pepper flavor but no heat through the long finish.  The first third continues the desert like flavors of a sweet creamy cocoa, leather and pepper kick through the long finish.  The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes dropping a solid ash.  Flavors remain consistent and complex.  Ending at 1:05 the last third drops the leather and sweetness shifting to a deep earth, dark cocoa and the pepper smooths out.
