CAO Fuma em Corda Robusto Cigar Review – This 5×50 stick features a dark chocolate firmly packed dusty mottled wrapper with an oily satin feel, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large double cap, smokeable twined band and a sweet cocoa aroma. First light reveals a fairly snug draw with good medium bodied smoke output showing a strong bitter plain tobacco and vegetal note through the long finish. The first third drops the bitterness shifting to a wood and plain tobacco with a neutral short finish. Body is mild-medium with just not a whole lot going on. The 1/2 way point comes at 30 minutes with excellent performance and burn, dropping a solid ash chunk. Flavors are up to a medium body with a plain tobacco and hint of fire cured flavor with a tinge of bitterness on the end of the now long finish. Ending at 1:10 minutes the last third came back down to mild-medium dropping the bitterness again while the burn slowed.
