JNV Habano Torpido Cigar Review – This 7×54 stick features a dark brown oily firmly slightly lumpy pack with small veins, tight invisible seams, a slight toothy feel and pungent sweet cedar aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with rich thick plumes of medium-full bodied smoke pouring off every draw. Flavors are a smooth deep earth, black pepper flavor on the front of the tongue, slight sweetness and a long full finish of the same. The first third quickly shifts to a smooth very bold deep leather, robust coffee and still the bit of pepper with a full finish of the same adding a cayenne kick. The 1/2 way point comes at 35 minutes with no changes. Ending at 1:10 the last bit holds a nice solid chunk keeping the consistent profile all the way down but adds a medium strength from the band back.
