Warped La Colmena No.44 Cigar Review – This 5.5×44 stick features a dark tan firmly packed wrapper with minimal veins, tight seams, large double pigtail cap and pungent sweet hay aroma with a closed foot.  First light reveals a snug draw with medium bodied smoke of a dry nut and light earth with a parched long finish.  The first third shifts the earth to a bright leather while everything else continues.  Burn is perfect with a razor sharp line.  35 minutes in at the 1/2 way point the sweetness morphs in to a zing cinnamon while the dry nut tapers off a bit.  Construction is flawless.  Ending at 55 minutes where it got hot, the last third showed no changes.
