CO Guy Stuff Slow Cooker Mexican Pork Carnitas – This is a super easy, delicious recipe for an almost no prep set of meals.  You can do it plain on a plate, with or over rice, beans, in a burrito, tacos – however you like!  Ingredients are inexpensive and you can let this go while you are at work!

Pork Butt
Minced garlic
Kosher salt
Pepper
Cumin
Oregano
Olive oil
2 White onions
Jalapeno peppers
Orange juice

Optional:
Corn tortillas
Cilantro
Lime
