Alec Bradley Raices Cubanas Gordo Cigar Review – This 6×60 stick features a dark tan firm and densely packed buttery soft wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and faint barnyard aroma. First light reveals a snug draw with mild slightly sweet woody notes on the draw with a very short finish. The first third burns very poorly even with the draw opening up slightly. Smoke is almost non existent and the whole cigar has gone mushy and crispy to the touch. I gave it my best shot but after too much time spent and even cutting it down, it was just a piss poor blend. Reason #475 I don’t care for large ring gauge cigars.
