Core Zero Indie Cigar Review – This 5×52 stick features a dark tan lightly packed buttery soft oily wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large double cap and faint cedar humidor aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with rich medium bodied smoke showing slightly sweet cedar and cocoa on the draw followed by a slightly bitterness at the tail of the long finish. The first third burns perfectly if a tad fast, with a razor sharp line and flavors changing slightly. The sweetness on the draw and tinge of bitter on the finish are gone while a slight cayenne heat joins the long finish to the next draw. The next change doesn’t happen until the band point at which it shifts to a dry deeper wood with a slight vanilla on the draw, going to a more parched wood through the finish, ending the smoke time at 40 minutes.
