Blanco NINE Torpedo 3+ Years Old Cigar Review – This 6.5×52 stick features a dark chocolate very firmly packed toothy wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, a slight oil sheen and feel with a pungent cocoa and hay aroma. First light reveals a good draw with plentiful mild smoke output showing a very smooth, oily slightly sweet earth and pepper that builds on the long finish. The first third burns very slowly with no flavor changes. The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes bumping the body to mild-medium, dropping the sweetness. The core flavor is a deep damp earth with the pepper still bringing a tingle through the finish. Ending at 1:25 the last third dropped the pepper and brought a slight warm nuttiness towards the nub.
