Foundry Chillin Moose Robusto Cigar Review – This 5.5×50 stick features a dark brown firmly packed toothy wrapper with a nice oil sheen, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large double cap and faint sweet hay aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with medium bodied smoke showing a touch of bitter at the start that quickly faded, a twangy earth and natural tobacco short finish. The first third burns wonky with one side burning fast down a seam line needing a touchup. Flavors are largely unchanged just going a bit deeper with a plain earth and tobacco taste on both draw nd finish. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 30 minutes it proves to be a chore to smoke needing double puffs and dropping ash all over the place. Flavors are a slight sweet earth, campfire and tobacco with a lengthening finish. Ending at just under an hour the last third showed no further changes.
