La Aurora Untamed Robusto Cigar Review – This 5×50 stick features a dark chocolate softly packed wrapper with an oily glove soft leather feel, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and faint cocoa and cedar aroma. First light reveals a loose draw with medium bodied smoke output showing flavors of a bitter fruit note on the draw quickly bringing in a metallic deep earth on the front of the palate. The first third burns very fast but perfectly with a complex mix of leather, cream, pepper, spice and meaty flavors all going on the long smooth finish. Ending at a fast 40 minutes the remainder of the cigar showed no further changes to flavors but did ramp up the strength past the band to a matching medium kick.
