Drew Estate Liga Privada T52 Robusto Cigar Review – This 5×54 stick features a firmly packed dark chocolate mottled wrapper with an oily satin feel, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large double cap and an oily cocoa and pepper aroma. First light reveals a slightly snug draw with plumes of medium bodied smoke showing a slightly bitter oily earth and big pepper blast through the long deep finish. The first third burns perfectly going to a medium-full body with just a hint of sweetness on the draw that quickly subsides. The core is a very deep, substantial oily earth with the pepper diminishing on the long finish. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 45 minutes the profile is unchanged while the ash drops in a solid chunk. Ending at 1:10 the last third drops the sweetness rounding out to a smooth earth and bit of coffee through the long finish.
