Southern Classic Cigars Anniversary Cigar Review – This 7×52 stick features a dark chocolate firmly yet lightly packed wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, a slightly oily gritty fine sandpaper tooth, huge triple cap and musty pepper and wood aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with mild-medium bodied smoke output showing flavors of a smooth creamy oily textured bread pepper and earth combo on a long finish. The first third moves to a very musty straight tobacco medium body with a touch of cocoa powder both of which go in to the long finish with ends at a smooth musty earth till the next draw. Smoke output is good, burn is very good and the draw is perfect. The 1/2 way point comes at 35 minutes with perfect construction and no flavor changes. Ending at 1:10 the last third slowed the burn slightly while flavors completely shifted to a sweet dark roast coffee and the strength ramped way up to medium-full.
