My Father Le Bijou 1922 Grand Robusto Cigar Review – This 5.6×55 stick features a dark chocolate very firmly packed wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap, oily slightly toothy feel and a damp earthy aroma. First light reveals a slightly snug draw with good thick rich full bodied smoke output showing flavors of a very smooth oily creamy textured earth followed by just a touch of pepper zing through the short finish. The first third burns well and very slowly, only shifting to a deeper more substantial earth and a longer finish. The 1/2 way point comes at 55 min with the same performance. Ending at a long 1:40 the last third continued with the near full body, no strength and added an oily black coffee on the draw.
