This special blend produced as a store exclusive blend is part of a program from Drew Estate to provide select DE lounges with their own slightly unique lines. Each will have a slightly modified blend and size and should be available from all the respective stores for sale. This one is 6 3/8×46 with a small fan tail cap(that broke off), a slightly spongy pack, medium brown color with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, an oily paper bag feel and potent sweet woody aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plumes of full bodied smoke showing flavors of a zest leather, pepper, black coffee and spices all carried through and joined on the finish by a sweetness. The first third continues with excellent performance, dropping the ash in very short chunks. Flavors change very little, dropping the sweetness, mellowing the zing and adding a touch of creme to the draw. The 1/2 way point comes at 30 minutes still burning quickly but perfectly. Favors are still at full going to a sweet creamy cup of coffee both on the draw and finish. Ending at 1:10 the last third showed no further flavor changes but the burn did slow way down.
