We The People Churchill Maduro By Marcus Daniel Cigar Review – This 7×50 stick features a dark chocolate mottled wrapper with a firm dense pack, oily butter soft feel, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and a potent musty tobacco and wood aroma. First light reveals a snug draw, mild-medium body with flavors of a dry woodiness and a long finish. The first third changes very little going a bit less dry and parched on the draw while the finish goes to a deep damp earth lasting to the next draw. The 1/2 way point comes at 45 minutes with a good burn, short ashes all the way down and the same performance and flavors. Ending at 1:20 where I had to relight it and chose to not go any further, the whole thing proved to be quite plain and one dimensional.
