This is finally a viable high quality double guillotine cutter suited for all the huge ring gauge lovers out there.  Yes I know the typical sized cutters can work ok on some, but this one works as intended, going completely around the cigars, up to 76 rg, to cut anywhere you like.  It has the typical spring action double sided blades as we all know and are used to, with a single thumb switch for opening.  Thank you to Lighterusa.com for sending this to review!
