Roma Craft CroMagnon Mandible Cigar Review

This 4.5×60 stick features a dark chocolate firmly packed wrapper with an oily toothy feel like medium grit sandpaper.  It has minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and a manure plum combo on the aroma.  First light reveals a very loose draw with good smoke output showing a medium-full body of slight sweetness, nut, earth and a pepper zing followed by a short finish.  The first third finds its draw rhythm producing copious amounts of smooth smoke with a light earth and nuttiness until you retrohale, then it brings on a great coffee note that hangs through the finish.  The construction is great, holding the ash 1/2 way through with just minor changes until the band.  Ending at 50 minutes the last bit has big changes starting with the strength ramping up to a medium and it probably would continue past where I stopped, but it was getting very hot.  Flavors changed again to a very rich creamy coffee both on the draw and finish. Thank you to Evan, owner of Cigar Experience in Niagara Falls Canada for providing this to review!
