This 7×49 stick features a dark brown chocolate wrapper with big oily tooth, a firm even pack, minimal veins, standing seams, triple cap and rich cocoa aroma. First light reveals a good draw with medium bodied smoke showing flavors of a bright zingy earth with a zesty pepper through the short finish. The first third burns tough, needing constant double puffs to get much smoke and flavor out of it. What I do get is a medium bodied plain tobacco and damp earth through the finish. The ash falls short less than 1″ so watch it if you are in a car. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 35 minutes after a big touchup, flavors are at a medium-full with a strong tobacco core and slight cream on the draw while the finish is a very deep earth with a pepper and oily spice through the long finish. Ending at 1:10 minutes the last third needed another big touchup and had no further changes.
