D’Crossier L’Forte Robusto Cigar Review

This 4 7/8×50 stick features a dark golden brown mottled wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap, slightly spongy pack and very potent sweet cedar aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with thick smoke output showing medium-full body flavors of a smooth oily sweet metallic earth with a long finish of the same. The first third comes down to a medium body with a nice sweet creamy leather note on the draw followed by a slight pepper and spice on the finish. 35 minutes in the 1/2 way point drops the ash in a solid chunk. Flavors shift a bit dropping the cream, the leather goes to more of a damp general earthiness and the pepper joins in on the draw. Ending at 1:10 the last third returns to a medium-full body keeping the same great profile and the cream makes fleeting returns every draw or two. Thank you very much to D’Crossier Cigars for sending this for review!
