Cucubano Cigar Review
This 5.5×52 stick features a dark brown, firmly packed slightly oily and toothy wrapper with small veins, triple cap, tight invisible seams and a rich hay aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with copious amounts of full bodied peppery tobacco with a touch of spice through the long finish. The first third comes down just a tick to medium-full, still producing great thick rich smoke. Core flavors are a very creamy, sweet tobacco, with the pepper zing following all on the finish. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 30 minutes, the same blend continues with the addition of a touch of cocoa on the draw. Ending at 55 minutes, the last third showed no further body changes but did ramp up strength to medium. Thank you to DujoCigars.com for providing this for review!
