Arturo Fuente Hemingway Masterpiece Maduro Cigar Review
This 9×52 perfecto shaped stick features a dark chocolate very firmly packed wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap, oily toothy feel and a sweet cedar and earth aroma. First light reveals a very snug draw with hardly any smoke output or flavor, it feels full of knots. Luckily a few minutes in all the draw problems go away, giving better smoke generation but with a very mild body. Flavors are a sweet light wood and damp earth, but it just tastes like an after taste. The 1/2 way point comes at 55 minutes proving to be quite boring with no changes but great burn. Finishing at 1:40 minutes the last third brought in a touch of cream to the draw and the body up to medium.
