American Legion By Blanco Cigars Cigar Review

This 6×52 stick features a dark brown mottled wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, firm even pack, triple cap, oily satin feel and mild sweet wood aroma. First light reveals a slightly firm draw with good thick medium-full bodied smoke output showing a sweet woody flavor with a pepper and sweet spice kick through the finish. The first third burns well but fast adding to the draw with flavors of a yeasty bread and cream, making for a thick chewy smoke. The 1/2 way point hits at 35 minutes with just a shift from a woody core to a smooth earth, keeping the rest of the profile. Ending at the hour mark the last third drops the cream, goes to a deep earth and pepper core and brings up the strength at a medium. Thank you to BlancoCigars.com for providing this sample for review!
