Casa Miranda Chapter 2 Robusto Cigar Review
This 4.5×50 stick features a dark tan wrapper with small veins, a few imperfections, tight invisible seams, triple cap, firm even pack and smooth soapy wood aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with copious amounts of medium-full bodied smoke output showing flavors of a slightly sweet earth and tobacco with a creamy thick finish and syrup like feel. The first third burns very well and fairly quickly, dropping the ash in my lap at just 1/2″. The profile is largely the same just adding a pepper and spice zing to the long finish and taking the body down a tick to a solid medium. 40 minutes in just starting the last third, flavors shift to a warm creamy nut on the draw while the finish is a light wispy earth, dropping the pepper and spice. Ending at 50 min construction overall was very good, no complaints! Thank you to Miami Cigar Co for sending this production sample for review!
