Crémo Capa Caliente Toro Cigar Review

This 6×52 stick features a very dark brown firm, dry slightly toothy wrapper with minimal veins, tight seams, triple cap and rich musty chocolate aroma. First light reveals a good draw with medium-full bodied smoke showing a zingy earth and pepper with a dry mouthfeel on the draw and slightly bitter short finish. The first third drops the bitterness going to a medium bodied smooth peppery earth, both on the draw and finish which is now long. There’s no spice, just a zing over the tongue. The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes, needing a big touchup but it was fine after that. Flavors are joined by a big sweet cream on the draw, balanced nicely by the pepper and earth hanging on through the finish. Ending at 1 hour the last third stayed consistent. Thank you to Cremo Cigars for sending this sample in for review!
