Fratello Robusto Cigar Review

This 5.5×52 stick features a buttery soft dark brown wrapper with a firm pack, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, single cap and rich chocolate and hay aroma. First light reveals a great draw with thick rich full bodied smoke in serious volume giving substantial earthy flavors with a zest pepper and hay following through the long smooth finish. The first third has excellent performance still pushing tons of flavor with a combo of chocolate, earth and hay with an oily pepper through the finish. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 25 minutes, the body settles to a medium-full while the finish gets a nice little spice kick leaving some heat on my lips. Finishing it off at 50 minutes the last third ramped up the strength to a medium, keeping the same great construction and flavor profile to the last inch where it got warm. Thank you very much to Fratello Cigars for providing me with this sample for review!
