Drew Estate Java Mint Robusto Cigar Review

This 5.5×50 stick features a box pressed dark chocolate mottled wrapper with a glove soft oily texture, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, double cap and a potent mint chocolate chip ice cream aroma. First light reveals a great draw with plentiful medium bodied smoke. Flavor is 100% sugar though, as the sweetened tip completely takes over and obliterates any smoke flavor. The first third has a slightly snug draw but puts off a great amount of mild-medium smoke, quickly dropping the over the top sugar effect. Flavors are a super slick oily smooth mint and mocha, combining a sweet soft milk chocolate with a creamy coffee. Flavors are brief, with the finish mellowing quickly. The 1/2 way point comes in at 30 minutes keeping the exact same flavor profile with excellent construction, dropping body to a mild. Ending at 55 minutes with a hot squishy inch remaining, flavors shifted to just a deep earth and slight mint, still mild. Thank you very much to Drew Estate for sending this in!
