HVC Cerro Robusto Cigar Review

This 5×50 stick features a brown satin textured wrapper with minimal veins, tight seams, triple cap, even slightly spongy pack and a rich musty wood aroma. First light reveals a very loose draw with bold full bodied thick smoke showing peppery sweet tobacco flavors through a long finish. The first third develops the sweetness in to a dark cinnamon, while the finish grows the pepper and spice later near the next draw. Smoke is thick and rich, very smooth. Hitting the 1/2 way point 20 minutes in flavors and performance is unchanged. Ending at 45 minutes where the nub got too warm for me, the only shift has been the creamy cinnamon dropping off. Thank you to HVC Cigars for providing this sample for review!
