CZ Cigars Indie Toro Cigar Review
This 6×52 stick features a dark brown spotted wrapper with minimal veins, tight seams, double cap, firm even pack and rich musty wood aroma. First light reveals a good draw with minimal smoke showing mild bodied flavors of a smooth tobacco with a short clean finish. The first third quickly opens up with better smoke, still only pushing mild-medium body though, with flavors of an oily sweet wood and longer but very soft finish. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 40 minutes, the cigar continues to burn perfectly with a nice slow even progression, dropping the ash in the last bit of the 2nd third. Flavors are largely the same just moving the woody notes a bit deeper and the natural sweet tobacco coming through at the end of the finish a bit more. Overall still very mellow. Finishing out at 1:10 where it got too hot for my taste, the last third performed exactly the same all the way down, so overall a very consistent smoke. Thank you to CZ Cigars for providing this sample for review!
