Blanco Nine Lancero Cigar Review
This 7×38 stick features a dark chocolate lumpy satin textured wrapper with a firm pack, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, double cap and potent chocolate and hay aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plumes of thick medium-full bodied smoke showing flavors of a slightly bitter wood and chocolate with a long smooth finish. The first third quickly drops the bitterness, shifting to a dark cocoa and black coffee, which is joined by a slight black pepper zing on the long smooth creamy textured finish. Burn is very good but fast, dropping the ash every inch. The 1/2 way point comes quickly at 20 minutes with the only change being the strength ramping up to a medium, giving the flavors a nice kick up. Ending at 40 minutes the last third showed no further changes. This is one of my favorite cigars, I have a ton of them on hand 🙂 You can get them from BlancoCigars.com (which I designed as well).
