Chinnock Cellars Terroir Toro Cigar Review

This 6×52 stick features a dry, butter soft tan wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, even firm pack triple cap and mild peppery cedar aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plentiful medium bodied smoke output with slightly bitter grass and tast flavors quickly followed by a long peppery earth finish. The first third drops the bitterness right away, going to a zesty peppery coffee, which goes to a pepper and spice with an earth core through the long smooth finish. Hitting the 1/2 way point 25 minutes in performance was very consistent so far. Ending at 45 minutes where it started getting too hot for my taste, the coffee flavor drops off the draw, just going to a dry parched mouthfeel with slightly bitter earthy notes that carry through the finish. Thank you very much to Chinnock Cellars Cigars for sending this sample for review!
