Black Crown Churchill Cigar Review

This 7×49 stick features a dark brown slightly mottled wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap, a thin dry feel, even slightly spongy give and a sweet raisin and tobacco aroma. First light reveals a great draw wit medium-full bodied flavors of a sweet peppery tobacco with a slick deep earth finish. The first third develops to a very heavy, deep sweet earth with a heavy but short finish. Construction is very good, the burn is straight and the ash is solid. 45 minutes in at the 1/2 way point the burn has increased a bit, keeping the same flavor profile but coming down to medium body and adding a little bit of strength. Ending at 1:20 the last third showed no further changes. Thank you very much to viewer Jimmy Thompson for providing this sample for review!
