Oliva Serie G Robusto Cigar Review

This 4.5×50 box pressed stick features a medium brown mottled wrapper with an even spongy give, silky smooth glove soft feel, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, rounded corners, double cap and rich sweet chocolate aroma. First light reveals an almost unsmokeable tight draw with mild-medium flavors of a sweet smooth tobacco with a nutty dried fruit, and a short finish. Luckily after a few minutes the draw opens up nicely after massaging a knot near the band point, giving medium-full body flavors of a creamy chocolate and leather with a zingy chocolate finish. 25 minutes in at the 1/2 way point flavors have shifted a bit dropping the leather and adding a nice pepper and spice kick that lasts through the long finish. The mouthfeel has a creamy yet parched effect and constructions is flawless. Ending at 50 minutes where it got very hot, the last bit just amped up the chocolate a bit and added a slight nuttiness, common when it starts to burn hotter. Thank you very much to viewer Tan for providing this for review!
