Caddyshack Golf Tournament Maduro Cigar Review
This 7×50 churchill sized stick was produced for the 2011 Caddyshack Golf tournament and features a very dark almost black oily maduro wrapper with one medium vein, tight invisible seams, double cap and pungent licorice and hay aroma. First light reveals a very goo draw with mild-medium bodied smoke giving flavors of an oily slick smooth musty tobacco with a short clean finish. The first third changes somewhat, becoming the stereotypical maduro cigar with a creamy textured earthy tobacco taste, slight sweetness and pepper zing through the short finish. 1:10 minutes in just past the 1/2 way point it goes completely unchanged, keeping the same profile and great construction, obviously burning very slowly. 1:30 minutes in almost to the band point, flavors transition to a deep, creamy leather and earth, dropping the pepper and bringing up body to a solid medium. Obviously an excellent choice for golfers with a tremendous burn time and flawless performance. Ending at 1:50 minutes the last third showed no further changes. Thank you very much to viewer Ben Widener for sending this in!
