La Herencia De Cuba Yellow Label Torpedo Cigar Review

This 6 1/8×52 stick features a dark brown, oily firm slightly toothy wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams and a rich oily pepper and tobacco aroma. First light reveals a very snug draw that I will try to clip open a bit more. Decent smoke output gives a mild-medium body of a very smooth, oily tobacco taste with a long finish. Clipping the head back a bit more makes the draw perfect, and the first third develops to a smooth very creamy textured light leather with a hint of sweetness, taking any earthy edge off it. Smoke output is very good, middle of the road thickness and leaves a long oily finish. 30 minutes in at the 1/2 way point, the ash drops off for the 2nd chunk, bringing body up to a solid medium with all the same flavor components. Ending at 1 hour to the nub, the last third showed no further transitions, just bringing a parchness to the finish.
