Emilio AF2 Toro Cigar Review
This 6×50 stick features a dark brown satin wrapper with firm even construction, nice oil sheen, small veins, tight invisible seams, good looking double cap and a musty, damp earth aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw and medium body flavors of a silky smooth musty aged tobacco flavor with a long pepper zing finish. Smoke output is excellent and it’s nice and thick. The first third is up to full body with deep in your chest earthiness, a creamy coffee and tobacco as side notes. The finish is pepper and spice with an oily heat on the lips. The second third shifts to a creamy earth and caramel combo, still full body with a ton of thick smoke. The ash held on for the entire third falling in a solid white chunk. Ending at 1:15 the last third was all creamy leather with a slight pepper on the finish and medium-full strength, giving a nice rush. Thank you very much to Gary Griffith, Owner of Emilio Cigars for sending this in for review!
