Cigari Maduro Robusto Cigar Review

This 5×50 dark chocolate stick offers a firm, rough satin finish with tight constructions, minimal veins, invisible seams and a chocolate and hay aroma. First light reveals a very snug draw, medium bodied flavors of a sweet tobacco with minimal smoke output and a short clean finish. The first third opens the draw a bit to a firm but smokable amount, giving the same slightly sweet tobacco taste. 30 min in at the 1/2 way point the only shift is to a creamier smoke, not exactly smooth but not harsh by any means. Ending at 50 min where it got very snug and warm, there were no further changes to the cigar at all. Overall a very consistent, good performing smoke. Thank you very much to Cigari Cigars for generously providing this sample for review!
