Di Fazio Picoso Torpedo Cigar Review

This 6×50 torpedo stick offers a dark brows wrapper with a firm feel and slight tooth. Minimal veins, tight seams and a firm even feel are presented with a soft tobacco aroma with cedar, like an old barn. First light reveals a very loose draw with no resistance, tons of smoke and very full body flavors of rich, deep dry tobacco and black pepper with a long zingy finish. 20 minutes in to the first third the ash drops off in a solid chunk. Flavors are the same with the exception of the pepper dying down a bit. Burn is almost razor sharp and it’s performing perfectly. 45 min in at the 1/2 way point the flavors are pretty much the same, only shifting to a creamy taste replacing the dryness and parched mouthfeel. Ending at 1:10 the last third showed no further changes. Thank you very much to DiFaziocigars.com for generously sending this sample for review, I appreciate it very much!
