Aspira Corojo Torpedo Cigar Review

This 6.5×54 box pressed stick offers a smooth dark brown wrapper with a slight red hue, invisible veins and seams, a tight box press and a peppery aroma. First light reveals a mild dry tobacco and hint of sweetness with minimal smoke production and a draw on the firm side. Quickly in to the first third the draw open up, the burn is perfect all the way so far and the flavors mellow to a medium bodied creamy leather with a slight earthiness. 50 min in almost to the last third, the body and strength kick way up pushing full! The overall flavors are the same although the creaminess is gone replaced by a much deeper earth, and a long finish of pepper and slight spice. Ending at 1:20 min the last third proved to be the same from the 1/2 way point.
