Hawaiian Swordfish Shrimp Tuna And Pineapple Kabobs – CO Guy Stuff

This is a fantastic kabob recipe you can do easily to impress anyone!  Prep is minimal as is the cooktime.  You can use gas, charcoal or even a pan but whatever you use has to be HOT.  Whatever fish you choose make sure it’s a thick firm steak.  I suggest the largest shrimp you care to afford for easy assembly and best flavor.  You need:

Large+ shrimp
Fish steaks
Green peppers
Onion
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Fresh pineapple

    Looks delicious… I always like to soak my skewers for a while before putting the food on them, if you get a stubborn kabob that wants to stick when you turn them it helps if you have to grab the other side with your fingers lol
