Punch Rare Corojo 10th Anniversary Aged 4 Years Cigar Review

This little guy has been aging 4 years and it was time to light it up to see how it fared. Most of what I have tried has been lack-luster to say the least, with really only the super premium brands doing well and by that I mean not getting worse. In fact most cigars I have aged 4-6 years got plain boring compared to theri fresh selves. Luckily this one while not improving, did hold it’s own with a medium-full body, good construction to about the band point, bold enough flavors to be interesting and an unmistakable smoothness from the age. This was shot on location at Daytona Bike Week 2015!

Once again another good review and cigar.
    Thanks for this setting

When you age your cigars, how do you keep track of the age? Do you mark the cigar with a date or can you just keep track of everything in your head? I only have one humidor and am trying to find a system that is organized.

    • I didn’t have that much in there (one humidor) and knew approximate times. Many other people use little bands to write on.

I’ve thought about using one of those date guns, but I haven’t found anything on the web whether or not that would be damaging to the cigar. Ones with cellophane, it should be fine, but it’s the naked ones, I’m worried about.

That cease and desist letter was a punch right in the rare corojo!
