La Aurora 1495 Series Robusto Cigar Review

This 5×50 stick features a dark brown softly packed mottled wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, an oily slightly toothy feel and a dry cedar aroma. First light reveals bold full bodied flavors of a sweet creamy leather, pepper and cedar with a long rich finish of the same. The first third Continues the same great profile, just bringing the body down a tick to a medium-full. The 1/2 way point comes at 20 minutes, burning quickly but evenly, again holding the profile with the exception of dropping the pepper. Ending 50 minutes in, the last 1/2 burned slower, brought the body back to full and added in a touch of the pepper again through the long finish. Thank you to viewer John Byrd for sending this in for review!

I remember really liking these a few years back- maybe I should revisit… you can get them for so cheap now, it makes me wonder if they plan to phase them out. Sounds like the quality is still there… great review as always Bryan.
