FQ Phenom No.3 Robusto Cigar Review

This 5×50 stick features a dark brown smooth oily firmly packed wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large double cap and rich musty nut and leather aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with good thick medium bodied smoke output showing flavors of a deep oily earth and black pepper without the zing or spice, followed by a long finish of the same. The first third burns quickly but very well, bringing body up to medium-full still with thick rich smoke. Flavors are joined by a dark coffee primarily though the finish. The 2nd third drops the ash at the 1/2 way point in a solid chunk, while the old flavor shift is the loss of the pepper flavor, keeping the deep oily earth. Ending at 35 minutes it burned fast but very well, with no changes through the last bit. Thank you very much to FQ Cigars for sending this in for review!
