  47. MongoJay says:

    1) The Fratello in robusto or corona. Found out about this cigar from this site. Had trouble fining it until I tracked it down to the Nat Sherman Townhouse here in NYC. It was worth the effort. Great construction, great smoke. Big flavors of pepper early on, moving towards earth and chocolate. My first experience with Peruvian tobacco and there were some flavors I couldn’t quite recognize.

    2) The East India Trading Company Rogue in Rascal, Tyrant, or Ruthless. This cigar just poured rich smoke out of both ends. Full bodied flavors of pepper early on, and gets sweeter as it goes on. The thickness of the smoke is very creamy. Although advertised as a full strength powerhouse, I found it to be quite reasonable in strength.

    3) 7-20-4 Dog Walker. This cigar is exactly as advertised. For the person that wants a quality cigar, but doesn’t have much time. You can finish this in 30 minutes. Generates lots of smoke for a small cigar. Trimming off the pigtail makes a perfect punch-type cut that directs flavors of pepper and then coffee and chocolate directly on the tongue.

1- Lou Rodriguez Connecticut Pantela. This is my cigar of choice. GREAT with a cup of coffee in the morning!

2- Padron 1926 No 2. I had one at my local BnM and it was a great smoke. Great transitions and flavors.

3- Danger Cigars 1100. Bought at local shop with ties to the guy whose name is on the cigars. It’s a medium body that flows into a nice full-bodied flavor. No bitterness.

  50. lazyboy says:
