wow Kosher cigars ! I like that only boiled water is all that touches the leaf. I never even new about a “starter” for fermentation. I’m not Jewish so I don’t care if they add a little bacon fat. I just would like cigars without chemicals added, but it seems like all natural is tough to come by. I will be on the look out for these.

This is too much.A Kosker cigar what will they think of next.

  • CrownP

Does it pair well with a glass of Manischewitz?

I never would have thought about a kosher cigar. If it helps in more people enjoying cigars, I am all for it.

Yes, but is it approved for Passover? Kidding aside, agreed with others, if it makes cigars accesible to more people, then cool.

    A kosher cigar. Mazel tov!

Cool idea for people to get in to. Natural foods are the rage so why not natural cigars?

  • Jason Isbaner

    Cool idea

Hmm, I’m going to need some explanation. Doesn’t Kosher refer to foodstuffs? When did cigars become food? And since Cuban sandwiches are tref anyway, since pork is the main ingredient, they wouldn’t be able to offer one to you at any time.

I appreciate their attempt at separating themselves from the crowd, but unless you’re conservative Orthodox, the basis seems to be a bit iffy. Still, I wish them luck. If the smokes are good, that’s what matters most.
